I William Pende compos etc makes usual bequests for the benefit of his soul gives something to the priest and the residual after his debts are paid he promises his wife Agnes messuage situated in Netherintown for her life after her death the land to be sold for the best price mentions his heirs it does not say if he had any children after his death to sell some land in the parishs of Langley and Langley Heath for the best price they can besides I wish the feefese deliver to Phillip Aterly an acre of land in the Beanfield in Langley condition were he had to give Joan 40 shillings on marriage he gives some land to Agnes in Langley Heath for life after her death it goes to William Aterly son of Phillip Aterly
